Horse Encounter Events

Has your family dreamed about having a private horse event? Look no further! Above Level Riding Academy offers private camps for families and their friends to experience our beautiful horses! Parties last two hours- Shelby (the instructor) will go over safety skills of being around the horse, all the participants will ride around the arena, and the participant we are celebrating will get a “mini lesson.” The group also has a choice to paint the horse if it is warm enough outside or if it is cold, they will decorate the horse!

Rules

• Make sure to bring your own decorations, food, cake, drinks, and whatever else you would want at your horse encounter private event.

• There will be a limit of ten participate (who will all need a signed waiver to ride). We can accommodate up to 16 participants, but you must verify with Shelby, and it will be an additional $15 per participant.

• We ask for no balloons as a decoration (it can scare the horses).

• Helmets will be provided by Above Level.

• $250 for each event at Above Level- $50 will be taken off for any regular client at Above Level. Must pay in advance to hold your spot.

• Plan to arrive 30 minutes to an hour before to decorate. Shelby will have chairs, tables, and helmets out for the birthday.

• Liability forms must be signed by each participants family to be around the horse and to ride. The form will be emailed to you or left on the entry way table.

• The horse portion of the event is about 80 minutes; the other 40 minutes can be spent doing whatever festivities you have in mind without the horses.
